04 October 2021: 1st circular, launch of the call for registration
05 April 2022: Final deadline for abstract submission
16 April 2022: Final decision of contribution acceptance by the Scientific Committee
22 April 2022: Final deadline for early bird registration
23 April 2022: Start of late registration fee
15 May 2022: Final deadline for cancellation request
15, 16 & 17 June 2022: WCSS2022
Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations received before 15 April 2022: 100% refund, bank charges will be deducted.
Cancellations received between 15 April 2022, and 14 May 2022: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
Cancellations received after 15 May 2022: No refund can be made.
Alterations can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the congress secretariat by e-mail.
