How to submit your Abstract

The deadline for submitting abstracts is March 13, 2022.

Before you start:

Check the guidelines for posters here.

Know the order of authors and collaborators including full first names (no initials) and last names.

Proof your abstract:

Check the spelling of everyone’s name.
Make edits before starting the process.

Abstract submission checklist:

– Abstracts are restricted to 350 words
– No tables and no figures are allowed.
– References in the text have to be cited at the end of the abstract (they must fit in the 350 words).
– All content of the abstract is in the sole responsibility of the author(s) of the abstract.
– The abstract can be prereviewed during the submission process. Abstracts will be showed exactly as they appear in the preview.
– Only at this stage editing of your abstract will be possible.

Poster boards for display of abstracts will be 120 cm high x 90 cm wide, please see more here.
The final decision of contribution acceptance by the Scientific Committee will be April 16, 2022 you will be notified by then.
